Overall, providing effective and engaging support to Saxbys cafe operations. As a Leadership Training Specialist, I am responsible for leading and developing teams of "high load" cafes, including new cafe openings and underperforming existing cafes. This is a traveling position to reach a high level of cafe support.

Manage task delegation and team responsibility requirements throughout shift. Report to Student CEO with team and operation issues. Maintain positive customer service interactions, providing relief when needed.

I essentially manage the entire Saxbys cafe on my own. With this, I am responsible for financial reports, people management and communication, and so much more. I am experiencing hands on how a business is ran, so in the future my own startups will be as successful.

I transferred client data between different computer programs. I also organized different contact information through Excel Worksheets. During my experience, I have improved in my computer skill involving Excel and the Salesforce Database. I have also been experiencing this positing during the pandemic, making this an online-only position. I have experience with working from an online contact only.
