Graphic Design Consultancy ::: Consultation / Strategy / Brand/Identity Development / Print, Editorial, Digital collateral. During Sept. 2011 into May 2012, I was the brand strategist and creative director for haircare manufacturer, Influance Hair Care.

Selected to initiate Phytel’s brand identity refresh. Managed six to seven marketing agendas simultaneously to produce creative strategy and corporate collateral ranging from editorial, web, and exhibition needs. Worked closely with VP of Marketing on brand image for corporate and aneducational subsidiary brand (Phytel University). Assisted production management of all materials.

Intern Architect

Beginning in 2009, Old Dominion University's Engineering department and Hampton University's Architecture department joined forces to compete in the U.S. Department of Energy's Solar Decathlon Competition. During this two year adventure, I was appointed to develop and manage the team's brand identity and communications for our solar house concept. During this two year adventure, I was appointed to develop and manage the team's brand identity and communications for our solar house concept. My work began with the conception of our team's logo mark and visual identity system, infographic diagrams conveying the technical functionality of our solar house idea, and the design of our historic winning entry presentation that began our two year journey. Additional work included coordinating a communications team and our architectural illustrator to fashion a series of brand and marketing content (deck presentations, social media, our ADA compliant website…) and additional presentations throughout the season.After graduation, I became an ODU employee to continue this mission.
