•Assisted in the promotion of all 23 varsity teams at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.•Coordinated social media – Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube channels.•Started HWSAthletics Instagram account and grew it to over 2,900 followers.•Created graphics for social media, website and print.•Developed video content for HWS teams and managed live streaming at athletic events.•Served as primary media contact and statistician for cross country, Hobart ice hockey, William Smith lacrosse, William Smith rowing, sailing, soccer, squash and tennis.•Recruited, supervised and assigned office work and game day operations for student staff.•Contributed to notes and feature stories in the Colleges’ magazine The Pulteney Street Survey.•Served as primary contact for a number of conference and NCAA tournament games for soccer, hockey and lacrosse and covered the William Smith soccer national championship run in 2013.•Developed and maintained relationships and pitched stories to local, campus and hometown media outlets.
