Throughout my career, I’ve honed skills in project management, data analysis, and operational improvement, having previously worked in project control and human resources at organizations like Irving Shipbuilding and IBM.I am passionate about creating sustainable solutions through learning and development, and I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where I can leverage my problem-solving skills and proactive approach to drive efficiency and growth.
