This position is responsible for maintaining efficient front office operations through planning, organizing, staffing, executing, and controlling the functions of the Department. Directs and coordinates the activities of the Front Office and responsible for the smooth operation which includes reception/cashiering, concierge, bell service, valet, and leisure department. The results achieved by these departments must be in accordance with company objectives. The highest level of performance and quality standard of the hotel is expected.

The mission of Chief Concierge is to ensure the assistance is being provided at all times to customers and guests and their stays at the hotel are comfortable and memorable.

Concierge Team Leader should lead the whole team to perfect their work on a daily basis, also act as a bridge between Chief Concierge and the whole team of almost 40 people. Providing guest with our unique insider access and resolve their issues and concerns, as well as handling talent’s problems are all part of the daily routine of a Concierge Team Leader role.

With this role, Senior Concierge Agent must be familiar with the day in and day out operation of Concierge, WIRED, Welcome Ambassador as well as the Airport Representative. Being able to live up the Whatever/Whenever promise with every guest’s request. Apart from the daily routine works, Senior Concierge Agent should step in for meetings and try to handle talents issues when managers are not available.

The mission of Concierge is to ensure the assistance is being provided at all times toguests and their stays at the hotel are comfortable and memorable. On a broader scale the Concierge is to ensure that all the hotel’s guests are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level of serviced that is professional, efficient yet friendly and second to none.

Apart from providing the basic luggage and door service. Welcome Ambassadors are also in charge of the Wheels and provide hotel facilities information to guests and visitors, as well as the many various bars, restaurants, places of interest in and around Taipei. To assist guest by booking the best reservations/registrations for tours, restaurants and etc.

The Airport Representative will create on brand, warm and personalized airport pickup service and act as the hotel’s Ambassador to assist with guest’s request orproblems that they might have at the airport.
