Echoing Green is a new kind of nonprofit offering funding and advice to would-be social entrepreneurs. It invests millions in new ventures; it has funded some 700 social entrepreneurs to the tune of $40 million since its founding. Fellows have included the founders of Teach for America, City Year, One Acre Fund, SKS Microfinance, and Michelle Obama before she became First Lady.

Chaka acelera la autonomía económica de emprendedoras y programadoras de Tucumán. Hemos trabajado en tres lineas de impacto a la fecha:Chaka Gastronómicas: entrenamiento a mujeres integrantes de cocina comunitaria. Algunas de ellas han establecido sus propios negocios de comida, demostrando la capacidad de crear emprendimientos sostenibles.Chaka Artesanas: apoyo a 80 profesionales, emprendedores y artesanos de los Valles Calchaquies en la comercialización de productos de base nativa. Alguna de ellas ya han exportado sus productos. Chaka Techies: mentoreo en alistamiento laboral a 30 mujeres con habilidades tecnólogicas, conectándolas con empresas IT.

Programa de entrenamiento en habilidades tecnológicas críticas en el sector IT. El objetivo fue reducir la brecha de habilidades en tecnología, aumentar las oportunidades de empleo para los jóvenes y fomentar la inclusión de mujeres en el sector tecnológico.Currícula:Capacitación Técnica: Programas especializados en C#, Testing, React Native, .Net, y Full Stack.Desarrollo de Habilidades Blandas: Talleres en trabajo en equipo, comunicación y gestión del tiempo.Actividades Extracurriculares: Visitas a empresas tecnológicas, talleres prácticos y eventos de networking.Apoyo Psicológico y Mentoría: Acompañamiento cercano de tutores y psicólogos para asegurar la retención y éxito de los becarios.Impacto:El programa capacitó a 527 jóvenes, a los que se sumó espacios de networking para 573 becarios adicionales del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Tuvo un enfoque especial en la inclusión de mujeres. Las iniciativas han demostrado ser efectivas en la retención y el éxito de los participantes, facilitando su inserción en el mercado laboral tecnológico. La gestión de estos programas incluyó el manejo eficiente de presupuestos, implementación de métricas de impacto social y desarrollo de estrategias de retención efectivas, asegurando el éxito y la sostenibilidad de los programas.

Análisis e implementación de políticas públicas alineadas a la estrategia del GCBA con foco en políticas con perspectiva de género.Implementación de la primera línea de contención familiar con foco en la sobrecarga de tareas no remuneradas que recaen en las mujeres.

The Institute is the area dedicated to bridging the gender gap in the province of Buenos Aires. - Developed the vision and strategy of the Institute for the 2018-2019 periods. - Defined the budget allocation to the Institute budget. - Led the implementation of initiatives against gender violence. A set of six public policies that impacted 525.184 women.

The Under-Secretariat is the Delivery Unit of the governor Maria Eugenia Vidal, an area dedicated to the planning, monitoring and evaluating of the governor’s projects.- Coordinated the Social Cabinet, a monthly decision table of the governor and the ministers with the goal of ordering and optimizing the social expenditure of the province. • Created a database of the social programs and its budget with more than 1000 initiatives. • Integrated planning processes (the diagnosis of problems, the construction of impact objectives and performance indicators and the evaluation of them). • Recommended budget allocation to the governor. • Proposed improvements that today reaches around 1,050,000 people in the province, most of them in extreme vulnerability. - Provided analytical support to the areas of Planning, Coordination, and Evaluation in social policy - with a focus on gender equality, poverty, and human rights projects. I assisted in the prioritization of 1050 projects of the province's government. This required the analysis of social public policies, by using a matrix of prioritization composed of three main variables: social impact, feasibility, and political alignment. - Established the first international cooperation activities with the International Development Bank on Delivery Units of the under secretariat.

Proposed and led the Diversity and Gender Agenda. • Achieved the inclusion of the Gender Perspective in the draft legislation of new urban code.• Planned a study of the difference between women’s and men’s patterns of transportation and urban behaviors, which will inform decision making in the area. • Planned a street harassment campaign that today reaches 1 million of people in the public transport of the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires. • The ministry was the first area of the City of Buenos Aires Government to employ transgender employees. - Advised the ministry’s transparency agenda. I co-planned a Public Infrastructure Observatory, that today is one of the public compromises of the government of the Chief of Government of the City of Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta. Elaborated minister’s speeches and talking points for meetings. On average, 2 speeches and 5 talking points per week.

Achieved the construction and reports of the performance of more than 1000 KPIs (indicators of process, products, results, and impacts) for the 2015 management in a hard context of the electoral campaign where the evaluation wasn't a priority.Managed relationships and communications with ministries. Researched and analyzed good international practices of evaluation and quality management.

Followed and reported audiences of the United States Senate and the elected Council of District of Columbia. - Researched recent legislation of the Council of District of Columbia and the United States Congress. Researched on previous attempts to make the District of Columbia a State. - Advised in the syllabus of a seminar for Argentine legislators in Washington, DC.
