I’m a yoga practitioner and a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor. I hold an experience of 4 years including self practice and teaching. I help people to achieve their fitness goals , flexibility, strength and overall health. I have knowledge related to asana, pranayama , human anatomy. I specialise is power yoga and it’s alignment. The purpose for me has always been to spread right knowledge about the workings of yoga and it’s benefits for humankind.
