● Sourcing candidates via various channels including traditional job boards and social media● Developing new client(Business development) and maintain good relationship with existing client.● Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for client's considerations.● Managing the full spectrum of the recruitment process from end to end.● Managing and negotiating the offer process between client and candidates.● Monitoring and maintaining the internal candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidates’ geographical locations, and availability for new work).

Source potential candidates for current opening roles through various channels (e.g. social platforms, job board,professional networks)● Handle recruitment for IT role including software developer (Frontend – Backend), Software tester, Businessanalyst, System analyst, Product Owner etc.● Screen RESUME/CV and conduct phone interview to obtain information on work history, job skills and other.● Coordinate for interview and acting as a communication channel till the recruiting process is completed.● Negotiate compensation &benefit and provide professional consultancy to the candidates for their job matching● Update all related recruitment reports.● Maintain employment records.

● Develops business and negotiates the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estatespaces/properties.● Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, online channel, Social medianetworking, relationship building, and selling spaces to current client base.● Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss space/property features, leasing rates, and terms.● Compile property data for clients, such as market surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates.● Analyse data and prepare market reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, andmarket comparisons.● Handle and follow up all enquiries from prospective clients.● Maintain and develop the relationship with the tenants.

● Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordinationof the department's activities.● Support team in organizing various projects, both marketing activities and creative photo shoots.● Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.● Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.● Able to listen, handle and resolve all customer complaints in an empathic and professional manner.● Monitor customer feedback, recording details of inquiries, comments and complaints and recording details of action taken● Other general duties as directed by Management.
