HR, Business Finance, Quality Compliance, PMO, Resource Management, Recruitment, Delivery, Operations, Presales, Brand & Marketing etc. Ability to engage with the Client’s senior management at CXO level and representing the organization in the events and business meetings.Also managed HR functions including hiring, personnel, training and counselling of various employees. As an HR recruited more than 1000+ employees across various verticals from executive to junior. Experience in directing more than 200+ employee benefits including compensation, insurance, policies, retention, and productivity.
