At my summer internship I further developed my understanding of web design, and got my first client experience as well. This position also taught me how to work on a creative team for the first time.

Maintaining and understanding brand constancy, setting up window displays & overalls store layout, as well as learning how to read and interpret brand guides where all things I took away from this position.

Broadcasting on the live TV crew my job was graphics involving Chyron operation seat one, two or score bug depending on the event. I was also highly involved with the tear down and packing up of the TV gear after the event.

This was a one month internship but it packed some punch. I was taught how to operate the program Da vinci Color using a Wave operating board, both were completely new to me but I was able to gain a quick feel for both. I also learned how to set up for shoots and was involved on live shoots as well.

Highly Involved in the re-branding process of USD with the transition of the new logo. This led me to work on everything from design to production in a very fast paced work environment. I was more specifically involved with the design of the fall sports teams and the Dakota Dome.

Keeping the graphics room at the University in working order. Ranging from fixing printers, assisting with print production, stocking supplies and maintain the general chaos that is the University Graphics lab.
