Sphera's mission is to help customers keep their people safe, their products sustainable and their operations productive.• Manage and mentor a team of project managers to ensure effective and consistent application of project management best practices.• Provide the sales organization with service estimates and Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs), respond to RFPs and meet with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.• Provide executive leadership with monthly revenue forecasts for my team and their projects. • Prepare monthly project status reports for executives, sponsors and stakeholders.• Generate service billings; review and approve all time entries and insure budgets are maintained.• Planning, directing and managing concurrent, world-wide, multi-year client engagements from conception to completion. I am the single point of contact for clients during the multi-year engagements. I analyze the changing objectives and requirements of clients to continuously define new project deliverables, functional requirements and business processes.• Establish and maintain all project artifacts including Statement of Works (SOWs), project plans, budgets and change orders. Ensure all deliverables are completed within the project and stakeholder mandates (client satisfaction, scope, budget, timelines). • Manage and mentor project teams, composed of internal and client resources, to complete the deliverables within the project mandates. • Chair project meetings with executives, sponsors, stakeholders and members of the project team.
