I am known as Hawaii’s Presentation Coach. Since 1985, I have helped thousands of people become better communicators -- whether they speak to one person, to small groups, or to large audiences. In my youth, I avoided standing out in any way. But years later, I was propelled into the limelight when I accepted a position as sales manager for a seminar company in San Francisco. I then put myself through the challenging and rewarding process of becoming a professional speaker. And now I teach others to speak out. (My license plate is SPK-OUT.)I help a wide array of clients -- moving men, bodyguards, front-line retailers, entertainers, CPAs, attorneys, bankers, CEOs, and people from any industry you can name -- even a timid ten-year-old boy.You can request a variety of in-house training programs, presentation skills classes open to the public, one-on-one coaching, and keynote speeches. I am the author of Speak for Yourself, Stand & Deliver, and Life is a Presentation. My latest book, Public Speaking Made Easy, made the bestseller list in Hawaii. I was proud to be named by Honolulu Magazine as one of Hawaii’s 10 Most Admired Women. People describe my style as “intereactive, entertaining, humorous, and practical.” My favorite compliment came from someone who praised me for my “wise and cheerful lessons.” Over the years, I have created other training programs that pertain to how people come across in the world: networking skills, dressing for success, business etiquette, and even dining etiquette.
