Pam is specialized in assisting all levels of P&C actuaries from Student actuaries to EVP leveled actuaries. Pam is experienced in the recruitment and assistance of actuaries both domestically and internationally.Prior to joining The Winn Group Inc. nearly 30 years ago, Pam was with a large independent insurance agency for 17 years where she was responsible for managing Personal and Commercial Lines accounts, new business development, claims handling and clients insurance needs. Pam attributes her success as an Executive Recruiter to her upbringing as a “Navy brat”. By the time she was 18, Pam and her family had been transferred 16 times to different regions around the country. In doing so, she became extremely familiar with the culture and ambiance of different parts of the U.S. which has assisted her as a recruiter. She has earned the reputation of establishing long lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Outside of the office, Pam enjoys knitting, women’s ministries, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
