As a department manager I oversaw the reconciliation with our foreign subsidiaries and depository holdings, the balancing of DVP accounts and collection of foreign dividends, P&S functions for Canadian equity trading and preparation of management and regulatory reports. Represented international department in conversion to Euro, t+3 settlement and Y2K compliance. Represented department in SEC and internal audits and firmwide initiatives. As a project manager, designed a reconciliation system and worked with other departments to integrate systems.
