I performed receptionist duties of telephone communications and greeting guests at the front door, assisting customers with tracking information, billing through mainframe, assisting in move-sheets for the warehouse, office supplies inventory and purchasing, filing, and assisting salesmen in locating processed sales orders and deciphering billing questions. I also assist with payroll and month end reports.

I was responsible for order taking, customer service, receptionist & secretarial duties, helped develop marketing strategies, newsletter creation and distribution, menu planning, invoicing customers, A/R collections, A/P processing, delivery & set-up of buffets and ultimately customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities included: food preparation, inventory and waste level tracking, food safety and HACCP recording. I was primarily in the kitchen at these restaurants as a day-time prep cook.
