I am a trusted legal and business advisor to entrepreneurs at every stage of their business. Helping business owners make better decisions and manage risk, I partner with clients to select the correct form of entity, draft ownership control documents such as shareholder agreements, review and negotiate contracts, establish employment practices and documents, obtain financing, acquire and sell assets, purchase, sell or lease commercial real estate, and establish succession plans and exit strategies. I also advise a broad range of nonprofit organizations.
