•Auditor in Charge assessing business control environment supporting the firm's risk operations and methodologies.•Participate in all aspects of audit activities including risk assessments, audit planning, audit testing, control evaluation, report drafting, work paper documentation and follow up and verification of issue closure.•Partner with colleagues, clients and control community members to evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls. This is conducted in accordance with department and professional standards and will require the presentation of root cause analysis to senior client management.•Work with global line of business auditors in the early identification of emerging control issues and reporting them to line of business and audit management•Perform monitoring of periodic operational and financial related data to recognize patterns and trends with risk and control implications.•Partner with other groups within Audit to ensure the delivery of a seamless program of audit coverage across JPMorgan Chase.•Stay up to date with evolving regulatory and market events impacting the firm's risk organization.

•Oversee and direct the planning and implementation of multiple regulatory/operational projects/programs across the organization. •Responsible for business requirements, allocation and coordination of resources, budget planning, user training, development of innovative solutions, and reporting/tracking project results to senior management. •Interact with cross business groups and senior management on projects that have significant impact enterprise-wide. •Develop and implement strategic communications plan and ongoing training to reinforce awareness and compliance.

Provide leadership for five direct reports, and directly report to the CCB Operations Chief Compliance Officer. Responsible for ensuring that a comprehensive Compliance Management Program is executed for Third Party, Inter-Affiliate Services and Consumer and Community Operations areasEnsure regulatory requirements are fully addressed and consistent best practices, policies, procedures, training, and metrics are in place to comply with Regulatory expectations.Interpret federal Regulatory Compliance and State Compliance statutes and regulations and analyze their impact on existing policies and practices. Analyze and manage compliance risks associated with new and existing business initiatives and onboarding of new Third Party ProvidersPartner with the business on strategic initiatives to provide compliance guidance and expertise.Evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of existing business compliance controls and monitoring programs.
