The Villa Aroha properties are located in 2 separate locations in Seminyak and Dreamland Bali.Villa Aroha Seminyak is a boutique four villa complex featuring tropical styled 2 bedroom villas all with private pools. Nestled in the fashionable area of Petitenget Seminyak, the villas are walking distance to many world class restaurants, bars, shopping, spas and the beach. Villa Aroha Dreamland is a 2 bedroom house, located in the peaceful southern part of Bali in a quiet location in the Akasia Park complex in Ungasan. A 5 minute drive from the white sand beaches of Dreamland and 10 minutes to the world-class surf breaks of Uluwatu, Balangan, Padang Padang.

Managed the production, on-air promotions and publicity divisions of PT Adi Karya Visi, a channel and content supplier of local Indonesian channels (Oasis, Kirana, Xpresi, Aruna, Awani) to Indonesia’s pay-tv platforms. Responsible for the on-air looks and feel, all on-air promotion (including customer service and sales reel communications), interstitial production, publicity, production and management of the in-house facilities.As Consultant (prior to taking on full-time position)Consulted on all aspects of Broadcast Operations, Production and On-Air Promotions for the launch of Astro’s Indonesian platform. Including on-air look and feel, setting up operational systems, creating on-air promotional strategy and break structures for the 5 in-house created channels, negotiating of post-production agreements with third party suppliers, advising on channels organizational structures and staffing placements, advising on in-house productions and agreements, and assisting in migration of moving playout facilities from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta.

Film/TV production companyConsultant Role (Celestial Movie Channel Ltd - Hong Kong) Responsible for project management on the launch of the Chinese Movie Channel, Celestial Movies. Consulted on all aspects of broadcast operations, including producing RFP, analyzing and sourcing Traffic and Channel Management software and systems; assisting in the securing of playout and uplink facilities and contracts; sourcing of post-production facilities and contract negotiation; producing and creating of operational guidelines for third party suppliers; analyzing and sourcing of Rights Management Software systems. Responsible for ensuring the successful and timely launch of the channel on 3rd March. Post launch continue to consult on all aspects of channel management and development of new services and markets.

Managing the broadcast operations of 7 pay-per-view channels including programming, scheduling, on-air promotions, on-air presentation, programme operations, channel production, copyright and regulatory compliance.Part of the key project team that launched all services on 1st May 2000 making it a world first for launching PPV in a DTT environment.Project Manager UEFA Champions League/Head of Programme Operations and Planning – ONdigital, LONDON (digital terrestrial (DTT) Pay TV platform)May 1999 – December 1999Primary objective of the role was to effectively manage the resources and delivery of the UEFA Champions League (football). 32 live games throughout Europe and 125 pre-recorded games. Responsible for management of production and programme delivery aspects of Outside Broadcast /Programme suppliers, managing of on-air presentation, playout, scheduling, Programme Operations budgets, broadcast operations (quality control/library/tape traffic) and regulatory compliance. Prior to moving over to launch ONrequest (ONdigital’s PPV operation), launched and managed the first 7 match weeks of the German Bundesliga football.Launched For Adults Only. Late night adult entertainment PPV service in November 2000. Executive Producer – The Who and Special Guests, Live at The Royal Albert Hall. 96 minute programme featuring The Who, Bryan Adams, Paul Weller, Eddie Vedder, Kelly Jones and Nigel Kennedy. Charity event which raised £1m for The Teenage Cancer Trust.

Managed the successful launch of all channel aspects of 8 dedicated 24 hour movie channel (STAR Movies India & Middle East, STAR Movies Taiwan/Philippines/China, STAR Movies South East Asia, Viva Cinema – Filipino Tagalog movie channel, Zee Cinema – Hindi movie channel, Star Plus Japan (movie content only), Film Indonesia – Indonesian movie channel and the Asian Movie Channel.Directly responsible for execution and managing of channel budgets, channel staffing/personnel, administration. Managing of 58 staff in Hong Kong and regional offices in Taiwan, Mumbai and Jakarta, ensuring communication and information flow within the channels and regional offices. Managed all aspects of channel production and operations: tape traffic, sourcing materials from distributors, sub-titling, dubbing, quality control, programme control, interstitial production, library. Daily liaison and co-ordination with Network Presentation, Commercial traffic, On-air promotions, Technical Operations and Broadcast Operations and Engineering.Managed all channel production both on-air and on-ground (marketing and advertising in HK and regional offices) and controlled censorship guidelines for all the channels.Also directed live on-air presentation (presentation direction) for The Academy Awards and E! Entertainments pre and post Awards programmes over 2 year period, for feeds to all countries within our footprint.

TVC's produced for the likes of Air NZ, ANZ, Tip-Top, Avante, Sanitarium/Ricies Cereal, Noel Lemmings, Ezibuy, Glassons, Red Nose Day, Alcohol Liquor Advisory Board, Nestle/Confectionery, Lion Breweries, Mainfreight.

Was lucky enough to be one of the founding team of Communicado - which was one of the NZ's most successful independent production companies and the first independent company to specialize in popular factual TV programming and magazine programmes. Communicado's productions ranged across business and tourism videos, advertising, and a run of magazine programmes and TV documentaries. Some of the company's TV shows included Heroes, Mud and Glory, That's Fairly Interesting, Magic Kiwis, Business World,and New Zealand at War and numerous documentaries and corporate films. The company also released its first feature, the highly successful Once Were Warriors. It later went on to merge with Australian company Screentime, to become Screentime Communicado.
