I was appointed Chief Compliance Officer of Foresters Financial Investment Management Company of Canada Inc. ("FFIMCO") (formerly AEGON Fund Management) effective October 2011. On January 1, 2018, Foresters Asset Management Inc. amalgamated with FFIMCO, and the resulting company is known as Foresters Asset Management Inc. My responsibilities in my capacity of CCO include:•Establish and maintain policies and procedures for assessing compliance by the firm, and individuals acting on its behalf, with securities legislation •Ensure that the company is updated on new regulations and has policies and procedures in place to assess compliance. •Monitor and assess compliance by the firm, and individuals acting on its behalf, with securities legislation. •Report to the Ultimate Designated Person (UDP) as soon as practicable if the CCO becomes aware of any circumstances indicating that the firm, or any individual acting on behalf of the firm, is in non-compliance with securities legislation •Submit an annual report to the board of directors for the purpose of assessing compliance by the firm, and individuals acting on its behalf, with securities legislation. •Respond to business unit mutual fund compliance inquiries • Main liaison with the Foresters Independent Review Committee (IRC) members •Review and approve co-op marketing requests, forms, marketing materials and sales concepts. •Maintain oversight of sales practices to ensure compliance with rules. •Coordinate the response to the Ontario Securities Commission in connection with the company’s compliance with national instruments and mutual fund requirements. •Respond to industry surveys and represent the company’s interest at industry functions.

Appointed an Officer of the firm effective March 25th, 2009 with the new title of "Director of Operations & Compliance" and registered as Chief Compliance Officer of AEGON Capital Management effective April 24th, 2009. The Directorship title was achieved May 2006; prior to that, my title was Manager, Investment Operations;
