Reporting to the Sanofi Chief Safety Officer, responsible to provide the tools, resources and professional capabilities necessary to promote Sanofi Global Pharmacovigilance as a cutting-edge Safety group. My team is responsible to provide program leadership, change management, and strategic direction for GPV priority projects and initiatives, including PV due diligence, acquisitions and divestments management, with focus on value capture and resourcing, functional advancement, and digital strategies. This also includes the oversight of PV Agreements and safety data exchange agreements (SDEA). These activities create efficiencies, drive personal accountability and achieve project empowerment. In addition, my team is responsible to design and deliver PV training and learning solutions to strengthen our medical and leadership capabilities.

Drive initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of all projects related to medical capability development and excellence. Providing input to the design and content of project deliverables and engaging with key stakeholders in support of capability management strategy. Managing resource needs and budget for the medical capability management function and lead change management activities.

* Oversight of operations and resources to ensure successful strategic alignment, project planning and appropriate resource allocation within the Global and US Medical Diabetes and Cardiovascular business unit.* Management of a team of Program Leads, Program Managers and Program Specialists in order to drive the timely execution of projects to completion and ensure that these activities represent value-added deliverables.

Led research development teams for priority compounds under development in the Biologics, Diabetes and Endocrinology therapeutic areas.
