Manage monthly and annual medical discount programs designed to provide affordable urgent care to customers without insurance or with limited coverage. Responsibilities include training for clinic staff selling the programs, ensuring that monthly recurring billing functions correctly, resolving customer service issues, and overseeing print and online marketing efforts.
