Originally launched agency to service flagship client, McDonald’s Restaurants, as one of their select local agencies and then expanded client base to include additional clients in need of outside marketing and media expertise to drive growth. Assess customer/competitor landscape and business objectives for clients spanning diverse industries, leveraging data and insights to craft targeted, multichannel marketing strategies and media plans, comprised of high-impact, cost-effective tactics, that accelerate revenue growth, market share and brand visibility. Ensure top-quality and on-time project completion by successfully collaborating with and coordinating the activities of strategic agency partners, vendors (e.g. Coca-Cola, Cadbury Schweppes), and remote teams with members from account management, design/production, creative services and other functions. Establish and manage budgets and P&L statements.Notable Contributions: Developed and executed successful marketing, advertising and PR strategies and initiatives that drove sales and guest counts for several McDonald’s Co-Ops consisting of over 100 restaurants across the Southeast. Partnered with cross-functional teams of McDonald’s owner/operators, regional staff, restaurant operations, supplier partners and agency teams.  Innovated strategies and tactics that won multiple McDonald’s franchises awards and recognition, including the 2011 Most Aggressive Plan, the 2014 and 2015 Top Regional Sales Increase (Albany), and the 2014 and 2015 Top Regional Guest Count Increase (Albany). Managed and facilitated national tests of new products and concepts in local test markets, as well as, product launches and related marketing, including Experience of the Future (Macon, GA), Global Mobile App (Columbus, GA), and Southern Style Chicken Sandwich (Columbus, GA).

Provide comprehensive media planning, budgeting and buying services, as well as account management and leadership for agency’s marquee clients across diverse industries, including Education (Columbus State University, Georgia Southwestern State University), Restaurants and Hospitality (McDonald’s, Country’s, Valley Hospitality, Columbus Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, and Dreamland), Entertainment (Carmike Cinemas), Automotive (Larry Rich Nissan), and Spa and Beauty (Massage Envy). Develop and execute fully integrated annual marketing plans and promotions. Oversee campaign planning, optimization strategies and campaign performance success. Manage development and execution of media recommendations, including strategic insights, investment recommendations, negotiating cost-effective media schedules and evaluation.
