Responsible for general management of Bonny Doon Vineyard (www.BonnyDoonVineyard.com), a fast-growing $28M highly innovative wine company requiring re-alignment of the organization infrastructure to support employee engagement and growth requirements.

Directed the reorganization of Banner Health’s (www.BannerHealth.com) Research Institute (BHRI) by developing BHRI’s business model in alignment with Banner’s strategic research initiatives, introducing formal business management methods and increasing compliance discipline resulting in stronger coordination among the Banner hospitals and with research physicians.Initiated and directed fiscally responsible HIPAA Compliance and I/T Security Program and developed business-justified deliverables on pace with industry expectations for HIPAA compliance progress resulting in on time, under budget organizational preparedness achieved through outreach, training, and policy development.

Responsible for the reorganization and consolidation of five disparate Information Services departments for the newly merged multi-hospital system while delivering a positive variance on the Information Services department $32M operating budget.
