In charge of supervising employees in planning, set up, running, banquet food service, and clean up of a wide range of events. Responsible for ensuring proper and timely room set up and excellent banquet and food service for multiple events at different properties.

In charge of supervising Food and Beverage outlets including Ocean's Bar and Grill, Sidebar, Bimini Bar, and Pizza Hut at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort.

Office manager to enter and track all dance class payments in Regent computer system. Prepare all materials for classes. Coordinate door registrar schedules and bartender and assistant schedules for special events. Meet with prospective event clients, draft and sign contracts for event dates, meet with clients to plan events, coordinate with vendors set up.

Assist Banquet Coordinator in preparations for special events such as weddings, formals, holiday parties, and other meetings. Assist in the management and running of the party providing services such as hostess, champagne service, cake cutting and service, and other coordinating services. Assist with event clean up.

Class sales for dance classes and cash management. Set up nametags and sign in sheets and lobby area for ballroom and night club dance classes. Greet incoming students and be available to give information about Regent Ballroom services.
