Current- The Concord Free Public Library Corporation is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that is the private entity in a public-private partnership in place since 1873. The Corporation owns and manages two historic library.
- The governing body of the Library Corporation, responsible for maintenance of buildings and grounds, capital fundraising and annual appeals, finances and endowment, special collections.
- Serve on Building & Grounds Committee and Development Committee; served as Clerk for the Corporation from 2020-2024.
- Led search for a professional Facilities Manager and Development Coordinator; participated in searches for Library Director and Special Collections Curator.Main Library $10.74M expansion and building project (2018-2022)
- Served on main Building Committee and working groups for A/V, colors, catering kitchen.
- Chaired the Makerspace Planning Group, conducted focus groups with tech leaders, stakeholder outreach, recommended space allocation, equipment and program expectations. This work led to the hiring of a full-time.
