The Finance Coordinator ensures all payments related to the ERA program will be paid to landlords, utility companies, etc. on a weekly basis. Comfortable with using Apricot 360 system, the software utilized for the tenant application process for the ERA program and will be able to download a payment file weekly from Apricot, upload the file into Great Plains (accounting software), work out any file formatting issues, and create an accounts payable batch to print the checks. Download the cleared checks from this program via the Truist (SunTrust) online portal and uploading them to the corresponding record(s) in Apricot (by tenant ID). Work with the Finance Director for the ERA program to assist with the financial needs of our eight non-profit providers.Work to help collect and manage data so that it can be used to analyze business function, productivity, and eligibility of rental and/or utility financial aid. Ensure that data is collected properly. Observing that legal and ethical standards are met, especially for data that involves personal information.

The goal of the process is to format files to be acceptable to the United Way finance system in an allotted time according to the number of donors. Files with more than 1,000 donors are completed in 14 business days. Files with under 1,000 employees are to be completed in 7 business days. The measurement of success is that 95% of all EDFs are to be successfully formatted and processed for the campaign year. Electronic Pledging Process Online giving makes giving easier and more secure. It is a web- based pledging process that eliminates the need for paper pledge forms, tracks campaign data in real-time, and delivers effective campaign management reports.
