Manage the team to support the daily operations for multiple applications ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently as well as support development/deployment activities. Moved to Digital Technology Services to support the NAVICA application to help consumers and organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Developed processes to work with the Customer Service team to respond to consumer issues. Worked with the development and release teams to work out the deployment processes to be able to support an AGILE development to respond quickly to support the response to the pandemic. Developed processes to monitor and support the application to maximize availability and performance for the application on Android, iOS and web.

Handle personnel management and act as the IT Systems Portfolio Manager for EPD Regulatory Affairs. This involves liaising with IT and vendors for new systems implementations, software upgrades, and migrations, overseeing the SDLC process for all system releases and projects, and providing strategic oversight for publishing technology, content management solutions, and regulatory CMC change management processes. Key accomplishments include a promotion to Manager and contributing to the global deployment of a new document and submission, which was successfully rolled out to 11,000 users in 110 countries and 29 manufacturing sites.
