Responsibilities:- Oversees operational safety matters, development, implementation and ensuring compliance to standards and regulations in the Operations Division. - Administering and sustaining the Incident Reporting program for Guest Incidents to ensure timely and accurate recording of incidents and follow-ups to prevent or reduce potential hazards, as well as incident data analysis.- Review of Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures, establishing procedures and standards across the division.- Facilitate emergency exercises for the ride operators, as well as work with the Emergency Management on response plan for resort wide emergencies. - Works closely with Universal Destinations and Experiences’ Operational Alignment & Compliance team to ensure alignment of global policies, standards and procedures. - Ensuring legal and branding compliance on graphic design work by the Operations Division.- Implementation and development review of the resort’s weather system. - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 13 Technical Writers, Ops Compliance Specialists and Graphic Designers. Aquarium and Dolphin Island teams in attaining accreditation by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA)
