I have experience of Partnering at board level and in a Global remit. I have operated within heavily regulated environments for British Gas and Centrica, leading all HR elements of business change involving outsourcing of HR & Payroll services to external service providers and the building of sustainable business partnerships. During my career I have drove the development of robust HR strategies underpining business growth and directed cultural change programmes that have introduced new HR Operating Models, which have driven future transitions to self-service technologies. My accomplishments to date have included: ✯ Drove creation of three new sales channels (Field, Venue & Event and Contract Centres) and led the closure of disparate field & contract centre sales operations that yielded a £11.8m saving.✯ Played a major role in the successful transition of internal HR services to an HRO Model involving an outsourced HR Transactional Service partnership, safeguarded stabilisation of new HR function. ✯ Managed multiple change programmes as Senior Business Partner including transformation of Finance function, relocation of 1000 staff into new location and a £3.8m project involving working practices.
