In the implementation space, I work with Paylocity's newest customers in order to provide the best experience as they transition to our products. Every day I use project management tools to ensure that every client is on track with their personalized schedule and feel confident in the service they are getting.

As a Quality Analyst, I partnered with my team and our client's management department to ensure our agents were hitting targeted goals. This position required a lot of interpersonal skills as I was coaching agents from a wide varieties of backgrounds and constantly having to come up with new ways to help them accomplish the goal of delivering the best possible customer service.

Working at Racetrac I honed my customer service skills and strengthened my ability to work on a team. I worked in cash handling, speaking with escalated customers, and working with ordering stock.

I worked as a crew trainer at McDonald's for the majority of my time there. This included working with new hires and ensuring they were following best practices while serving customers and equipped with all of the tools necessary to enjoy their job and be effective.
