I am a seasoned and experienced accountant who really enjoys the day to day working operation aspects of accounting. I have 20+ years of experience working in the areas of Accounts Receivable/Billing, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger accounting. A majority of my career thus far has been in the area of Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Project Accounting but I am a quick learner and would love to work more in any of the various areas of accounting. I’m a dedicated, hard-working employee with great attention to detail as well as very good organizational and problem-solving skills.After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from the University of Iowa, I began my career in a small pharmaceutical start-up company which was shortly thereafter acquired by a larger newly public pharmaceutical company where I grew in the accounting field while the company grew into a larger global pharmaceutical company. With this company, I gained knowledge in several different areas of accounting and business in general. In addition to the areas of accounting mentioned above, I also gained knowledge in the areas of General Administration, Human Resources, and Information Technology and how it all ties together.
