- Assist in conducting interviews to recruit seasonal team members
- Participate in training by assisting in answering questions as the training progresses, and to keep the new team members focused and engaged.
- Monitor the customer care support slack channel and efficiently respond to questions to provide guidance to seasonal team.
- Taking escalated calls (supervisor calls) when they arise.
- Providing one-on-one coaching when someone is struggling with process, policy, or productivity in their work.
- Monitor the volume of business and identify when we may need to flex team members from one skill to another.
