Pang’s mission is to empower those pursuing a career & business in the arts & science of cosmetology with self-development tools, guidance & support to build business equity & growing value.A longtime volunteer & community advocate with the Walker’s Point Art Center & Hmong American Women Association (HAWA) since 2008. No stranger to persistence, from 2015 to 2016 Pang outshined 100,000 entries from around the world as a finalist at the Behind the Chair International Hair Show.Founding numerous education programs to promote economic advancement for those who may find traditional cosmetology school inaccessible. In 2018, Pang’s hair salon, Style & Grace launched the Barber & Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program with the state of Wisconsin. In 2019, Pang created & launched her Internship programs at, Pang Vang LLC the Academy of Beauty & Aesthetics. Then in 2020 established the first non invasive Anti Aging Studio in the Brookfield & Appleton area, Glow Anti Aging Studio.Honored with the Emerging Small Business Award from the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce in 2019 & consequently the first Asian American woman keynote speaker at the Marketplace Lieutenant Governor’s Luncheon. Pang has served on a multitude of panel discussions, including Milwaukee’s Start Up Week 2019, Poder LatinX (2022), & 1st National Hmong Entrepreneur Conference (2022) Harvard Connext (2024)Pang’s passion for continued education & business growth led her to the 2019 Global National Achievers Congress by Success Resource in Dubai 2019 & 2020 where she was mentored by; Grant Cardone (real estate mogul), & Sandy Jadeja, Master Trading Strategies, a leading education company for stock trading, CFDs, & foreign exchange. In 2020, Pang completed Project LEAD—with United Way for leadership roles on nonprofit boards & committees. Additionally, in 2022, Pang completed the 7-week certification course on Design Thinking & Innovation from Harvard Business School. This course equipped Pang with fundamental design thinking principles & innovative problem-solving tools to address business challenges & build products, strategies, teams, & environments for optimal use & performance. In 2023, Pang became State licensed instructor for Wisconsin, Minnesota, & Illinois in Cosmetology where she continues to educate at the AVEDA Institute of Beauty & Wellness in Downtown Milwaukee/Madison & her academy in Brookfield. Pang believes in the power of collaboration & continuous learning to drive innovation. In 2024, Pang became a board member of Empowering Youth Wealth a Non Profit organization.
