Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and correct system issues in a timely manner.Continued technical training to provide up-to-date knowledge & support of Rockwell Automation's products.Work with the Rockwell Automation Services and Solutions Business (SSB) to create and implement automation solutions to meet customer's needs. Continually look for opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of customer applications.On-Site Customer Embedded Technical Expert (1-year) facilitating electrical installation, automation design & commissioning, production oversight & control.Completed EIT Training Program: Six-month program providing formal classroom training along with real-life, hands-on projects. This program develops fundamental field support engineering skills to further enhance abilities in problem solving, communication, teamwork, leadership and project management.Core technical topics include: Logix Programming, Networks (EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet), FactoryTalk View ME/SE, PLC-5, Motion, and Drives.Advanced Drives topics include: PowerFlex 700VC, PowerFlex 700S, PowerFlex 753/755, PowerFlex 755T, PowerFlex DC, Troubleshooting Techniques, Application Development, Integrated Motion I & II.
