• Responsible for signing-off ‘Fit for Stock Take’ prior to the inventory counting at retail stores by the Audit Department• Responsible for keeping up-to-date system inventory• Responsible for posting and ensuring timely period closure (month end, quarter end & yearend) inventory module.• Supervision and ensuring the documents are well controlled throughout the supply chain cycle ie, from Purchase order till the final delivery.• Ensuring the PO & shipping documents are accounted and Goods in Transit (GIT) documents are available prior to goods arrival• Ensuring the inventory documents are in compliance with Inventory Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)• Ensuring the integration of inventories between three systems viz. Retail Pro (POS), Aware (WMS) & Synthesis (ERP)• Resolving inventory item master, pricing, barcode issues and ensuring proper updates in all the systems• Act as an Internal Auditor for resolving inventory disputes between stores and the Distribution Center• Supervising and controlling of inter-branch transfers and facilitate the timely availability of products effectively• Ensure stock take, physical counts, cycle count, etc. are conducted on time.• Monitoring Import clearance, Warehousing, Re-exports of the Products.• Overall control of Stock movements (Warehouse and Branches).• Making MIS Reports, Product Flow, Seasonal Plan, Stores comparison analysis, etc.• Reporting to Head of Business Planning (Shipping & Logistics).

• Receiving of all import/local purchase shipments of heavy equipments (Treadmill, Exercise Cycles etc).• Verify invoiced quantities against actual receipts and prepare goods receipt note.• Distribution of equipments to retail stores based on their demands.• Supervise the stacking of the received products using minimum space following the stackable limits to ensure no damage to products.• Managed a team of 60 people including 4 supervisors and a fleet of 8 vehicles.• Ensure stock take, physical counts, cycle count, etc. are conducted on time. Designed and controlled Direct to Home (DTH) department for distribution of Fitness machines, its installation at SSS retail Stores and customer’s residence. Space management on a weekly basis to ensure receipt process is not delayed. Ensure all necessary documents are prepared before any movements of the products within or out of the warehouse. Overall administration of the warehouse safety, cleanliness at all times. Ensure to update the inventory module in the systems for all receipts and issues on a daily basis. Ensure to maintain and update all necessary files and registers.
