In the last seven years with ColoredCow I had opportunities to work on multiple technologies in various domains. Initially, I started with projects in the healthcare domain and worked on Enterprise level web solutions with the Laravel Framework. Primarily, I have build features like C-CDA file automation and Webforms, under HIPAA Compliance.I lead tech for ColoredCow's flagship product ManageMyNGO(managemyngo.com). A tech platform that increases the capacity of NGOs by assisting them in carrying out their day to day tasks. It combines the domain knowledge of the Development Sector and Technology to deliver a hassle-free experience. We are developing this product in Laravel and React Native.I am also evangelizing mobile development in ColoredCow for the last 3 year. I have contributed to developing a number of mobile applications in the social sector, tailored to our customers’ requirements.Currently building a product Glific(https://glific.org/), the platform which allows the staff at an organization to communicate with their end-users in an easy manner, keep track of the different conversations happening with each user, assign a group of users, or cases to be handled by a specific staff person and more. This will initially target users on WhatsApp via its Business API.

Glific is an open-source platform that aims to change the communication paradigm between Nonprofits and their communities at a large scale, using WhatsApp Business API. Glific empowers Nonprofits to engage with their community by sending rich media such as images, videos, and documents and supporting multiple languages to a diverse set of people effectively.My role as a Technical Lead:• I was a part of the initial team that was put together to build the product. Brought in for Tech Development, I quickly advanced to take on a lot more responsibilities for the product. Build and maintain systems that allow the tech to scale, bring coherence to the tech process, and allow more people to contribute to this open-source platform.• Set up new processes, conceptualize and architect new features and integrations with the custom consulting of the NGOs.• Help the team hire more people and train them in the context of Glific and open-source.
