Glific is a WhatsApp based AI chatbot platform designed to help NGOs engage more effectively with their beneficiaries. Built with and for the social sector, Glific enables nonprofits to communicate, collaborate, and collect real-time data to improve their programs and decision-making. Now used by 110+ NGOs, Glific has helped organizations deliver timely, contextual, and multilingual messaging—especially critical during times like the pandemic, when on-ground access was limited. With features ranging from automated responses to comprehensive analytics, Glific empowers teams to scale their outreach and respond faster to grassroots needs—all at low cost and high efficiency. Glific has been developed under Project Tech4Dev in collaboration with software and design partners in India and our NGO users. Glific has been recognized as a Digital Public Good (DPG).
