A third generation lawyer, having enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi at New Delhi in 1998, and have varied experience over last 26+ years in litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution as well as corporate advisory practice. He practiced as an Advocate in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, NCDRC, District Courts of Delhi, and various Commissions, Regulatory Authorities, Appellate Tribunals, etc.After completing law with first class from University of Delhi, Pankaj started litigation practice for about 4 years, before diversifying into arbitration, conflict management and corporate advisory in the year 2003. The rich experience in litigation and arbitration enabled him to develop a holistic approach towards conflict management and corporate advisory practice in terms of understanding whether legal advice or contracts will withstand the scrutiny of courts and regulatory authorities. Pankaj has diverse legal experience across sectors, and has advised clients on various legal issues, arbitrations, conflict management and contractual and transactional documents ranging from advice on dispute resolution, corporate, regulatory and compliances framework, initial public offerings, negotiation of investment and financing transactions to leading legal due diligence for acquisitions as well as strategic tie-ups. He is also acting as a Sole Arbitrator in commercial arbitrations. He is registered as an Insolvency Professional with IBBI, and as an Independent Director with IICA. Others:Contributed to the 3 successive editions of the “Vibrant Gujarat Law Book”, released in the Vibrant Gujarat Summit in 2013, 2015 and 2017. Successfully completed “Certified Professional Course on Cyber Security & Computer Forensic”, organised by the Institute for Design of electrical Measuring Instruments (a Government of India Society). Part of the high-level Government Delegation to Germany and France for promoting Vibrant Gujarat 2015 Summit, and was a speaker on “Ease of Doing Business in India” at various events during the tour. Successfully completed the Lex Mundi Institute Foundation Management Program, California, USA, in 2014.Part of the high-level Government Delegation to Netherlands and Belgium for promoting Vibrant Gujarat 2013 Summit.
