 Basic Functiono Onboarding Induction for New Joined Employees o Generate TIC - ESIC Card for New Joined Employees. o Prepare Attendance o Account update for Salary Release.o Issue Warning Letter, Transfer letter, Experience letter etc.o Update Monthly MIS for Active, Resigned & Absconding Employees.o Maintain Muster roll & Wages register, client wiseo Handling statuary compliances.

(A) Basic Function o To Co-ordinate Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of all Human Resource Management Systems, Policies and Procedure and co-ordinate other Human Resources activities..(B)Principal Responsibilities:o Liaise with other functional/departmental employees so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.o Understand staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications and skills. o Make arrangements for induction and training programs of recently joined employees.o Update & keeping track of Training records, Training Calendar and feedback.o Maintain Man-power status on weekly basis.o Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counseling, motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc.o Maintain the General Administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with HR Manager.o Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedure.o Report the HR issues & development plans and achievements within agreed formats and time scales. o Maintain a record of the employees' performance, attendance, and behavior to facilitate quarterly and annual performance appraisals.(C) Other HR Activities  To keep track of Birthdays or any other occasions and send the greetings for the same Absenteeism Analysis and Minimization.

o Coordination between C.A. and client.o Generating various reports.o Dealing with Sales tax/Income Tax & various departments.
