JOB PROFILE: - -I am working as Department head looking after Maintenance of value added products-ALCP, Phosphoric acid,PAC,SBP,HSBP,CPW,PAC L,CMS,CTC, ETC.Major equipment-Compressor(screw,reciprocating), pumps, dryer, centrifuge, clarifier, cooling tower, mixture, agitator,reactor,screw conveyor,fluidized bed cooler,drum cooler,bucket elevator etc. My role is maintenance of all equipment, reduce breakdown of all equipment, troubleshooting (RCA), and spares management, PM, CBM, planning, criticality analysis, FMEA, RCM. I am also ensuring all legal,ISO,safety compliance in these Area. I am also involve in CAPEX Projects. in HZL DARIBA SMELTER i was working as maintenance Manager in charge of Primary, secondary, refinery smelter, Roaster & utility. WhereI am handling all types of mechanical equipment like Blast furnace, Ball mill, Electric Arc Furnace, compressor, pumps, cooling tower, blower, fan, heat exchanger, WHRB boiler, SKSfurnace, scrubber, reactors, conveyors, bag filters, chiller, Nitrogen and oxygen compressor, crane, utility section, ETP,RO section, DM, Process water section, air compressor, filter press, crusher, hammermill etc. My role is maintenance of all equipment, reduce breakdown of all equipment, troubleshooting (RCA), and spares management, PM, CBM, planning, criticality analysis, FMEA, RCM. I have also worked on commissioning and project related activity like commissioning and start-up activity in area like Boiler, RMH, Furnace, Acid plant, Oxygen plant. I am also involve in CAPEX Projects . I am also active leader in safety committee my area of expertise are MIQA (Mechanical integrity & Quality Assurance), CSM (contractor safety Management), PSM (process safety Management), Work at height related activity, crane related activity. I am also responsible to maintain all mechanical and boiler related statutory compliance. In TPM Iam Leader of quality Maintenance.
