Pankaj is an M.Tech in Textile Chemistry with a Specialization in Textile Processing. He has more than 10 Years of varied Textile Industry Experience. He started his carrier as an Assistant Officer in a Home Furnishing Company "ALPS IND LTD" in Ghaziabad. Last 8 Years he had worked at various levels in the Automotive Textile Industry - In Processing, Finishing, Production, Quality Control, as an internal auditor for IATF 16949:2016, New Projects for Quality Improvement & establish Control Parameter of Textile Processing. Pankaj has learned Root Cause Analysis (7QC tools, Why- Why analysis, Cause & Effect diagram, Pareto analysis, Is/Is not sheet, A-3 Sheet, PDCA, FMEA, etc), conducting /Reporting Process audit/Product audit. Pankaj has Experience in MOC (Measurement of Condition) and OJT (On Job Training), SWOT analysis, Do & Don’ts, CTQ (Critical to Quality), JBS/ Ji sheet, Quality gate effectiveness, Quality Circle projects activities, Kaizen’s, 5S Work & Autonomous maintenance.Currently, we are working in Research & Development cell.Pankaj has a Passion for Teaching Textile Chemistry Subjects and Impart the Training for developing a healthy work environment on the Shopfloor.
