Relations· Handling grievances.Conducting monthly meetings of faculty & staff to address and solve issues, announce new initiatives of the organization. Here I was responsible for Payroll Administration , ESIC and EPF departments.Making of PF & ESIC Challans. Interaction with employees ,Handling Employee grievances,File Management & admin work.
