Current• Currently leading vertical PMO as part of central PMO group. I am leading a team of PMOs that are responsible for analyzing financial data, including project budget, revenue, gross margin, risks, and resource allocation. Providing financial reports, analyze revenue leakage, prepare monthly dashboard of key accounts for executive reviews. • Collaborate with offshore and onshore team and effectively communicate status, issues, and risks• Was involved in creating proposal and SOW document for US based customer in Life Science industry for SAP based application transition for support and enhancement from off-shore • Developed plan for Due Diligence, Transition phases, Steady State and managed successful transition completion. • Identified customer’s pain areas and proposed solution based on 30 days, 60 days and 90 days plan.• Defined incident management, change management and metrics messurement processes.
