• Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting• Reconciliation of Sundry Creditor, Sundry Debtor & all statutory accounts and ledger• Maintain and oversee all bank accounts, completing monthly reconciliations• Passing timely Journal Entries of the payment towards expenses• Inspected of all voucher of sales, purchases, cash, bank, expenses, debit note, credit note according daily entries book in Tally & filling the same• Maintaining all records-Voucher entry related to Purchase, Journal, Payments,• Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit & dealing with bank• Invoicing to customers• Following up on Receivables on a regular basis to ensure timely realization of dues• Booking all the exp and making provisional entry for finalization of MIS• MIS Report & Monthly Expense Analysis• Prepare Staff Salary, ESI, and PF data monthly and pay challan online• Preparing of Vendor and other Payments through Cheque/NEFT/RTGS Online• Filing of Quarterly TDS returns with the Income Tax Department.• Issue of Income-tax Certificates (Form 16 / 16A etc.)• Miscellaneous Work.• Prepare GST return & filing (GST R-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR- 2A reconciliation)• Finalizing P & L Account and Balance sheet.• Sending of Salary to the Bank for disbursement through ECS.• Budget and accounts work.
