Analyzing AT&C losses after thorough analysis of database of the division and formulating strategies to meet the targets of loss reduction• Responsible for Operation and maintenance of a distribution area of 46520 connections and total transformer capacity of 138MVA. • Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.• Application of ERP (SAP), CRM, DMS, OMS and GIS techniques for realization of process flow.• Consumer interaction through various modes like consumer meets tele-calling, personal visits and surveys for monitoring Consumer satisfaction index.• Ensuring Occupational safety and health regulations and safety and proper use of PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipments)
