Taking care of employee attendance Identify late comers and sensitizing them Implementing HR Policies Communicate policies/ rules to employees through mail or verbal communication Induction Joining Formalities File/ Document management Arranging B'day parties for employee Exit formalities Making Offer Letter, Appointment letter, Resignation Formalities etc. Admin Management:- Taking care of facilities provided by office Stationary Management Office Decoration on Occasions Payroll:- Salary Making Performance Management:- Regular meetings with employees to keep an eye on their performance. Making promotions/demotions after discussing with Top Management Roles & Responsibilities in IT:- Recruitment Induction Programme Joining formalities Performance Management Employee Engagement activities Salary making

- Practically checking the presence of all the employees and taking attendance.- Taking the initial interview of the candidates.- Making a new file with all the necessary documents of the new joined candidate. - Opening the bank account of the employees.- Procurement of Stationary and Medicines for employees- Making Salary and calculating overtime of the employees- Checking cleanliness of whole office.- Proper dealing with the ID card maker, ESI PF consultants and visitors.- Proper maintenance and detail of assets of the whole office and giving reference No. to all the assets- Keeping Daily attendance, Daily report of staff, overtime sheet and Leave forms on MD cabin on daily basis.- Updating Master attendance register daily.- Updating MD with daily issues of the workers.- Making Notice of any general information to workers.
