• Independently manage the day to day admin related requirements at projects• Good Knowledge of CEIL requirements.• Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.• Better Knowledge on Mailing System, Internet.• Good communication skills.• Through knowledge of maintaining labour records.

• Responsible to set up the crew & reporting every crew change activity to HO through mail or phone.• Arranging accommodation and transportation for incoming & outgoing crew.• Coordination of new joiners for formalities i.e.. Joining form filling, Medical, Insurance, Bank account details, Medical, PPE allotment.• Providing welfare facilities at sites.

• Labour compliances as per Indian Govt. rules and regulations with the supervision of Cairn Management.• Regular tracking & maintaining documents of TPL & all sub-contractors and update as per legal requirements.• Conduct monthly audits to sub-contractors for compliance and submit to Cairn.• Tracking attendance sheet of employees and send employees attendance details to HO for further with approval of RCM.• Coordination of new joiners for formalities i.e.. Joining form filling, Medical, Insurance, Bank account details, Medical, PPE allotment.• Arranging for Safety induction and gate pass as per workmen screening procedure.• Arrangement of facilities like Workmen lodging, boarding and Site office facilities.• Assisting employees for family accommodation as per company policy.

• Providing welfare facilities at sites.• Procurement of necessary office requirements at local market.• Familiar with Cairn administrations.• Familiar with local environment requirements and dealing it in proper manner as per TPL/Cairn guidelines.• Participation of Emergency mock drill and communicating as per role to higher management.• Coordinating & Planning of VIP’s site visits.
