Dogma Systems is a Car Rental Software, GPS and HR Solution providing Company, where I'm supposed to manage Cloud based Linux servers with PostgreSQL databases, execute Software releases for customers and prove back end support to the Development Team and Customer Support Team.

Client Support: Giving support to Development Team in implementing and managing Clients’ Linux/CentOS based Web Servers (Apache/NginX/Lighttpd). Giving support to clients and troubleshooting database and web service related issues. Monitoring Hosted Servers of various Clients and ensuring the optimized performance of database for multiple websites. Managing backups of Clients’ Web Servers for disaster recovery and ensuring data synchronization in real time environment. Handling clients’ website related queries and resolving the issues co-ordinating with Development Team.Internal Systems: Managing Domain for 200+ Computers (excluding Centres and Bureaus). Managing Antivirus Server (Symantec/Quick Heal/Kaspersky). Managing Oracle 10g Database (Newswrap) Server.  Managing Proxmox based Virtual Servers (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL). Creating and executing Shell Scripts to automate the process on Linux Servers. Managing Firewall (Check Point/ Cyberom/ Sonicwall) and applying Securities. Managing Hosted Servers (Remotely) through C-Panel or, Shell access when necessary. Handling VoIP related issues (Twinkle, x-Lite etc).  Co-ordinating with ISPs (Airtel, Reliance, Tata Communications, Hughes, 4c Plus etc) in case of critical situation of related areas (Leased Line, VSAT, Firewall, Newswrap).  Co-ordinating with Vendors regarding Quotation for New Purchase of Software and Hardware Products. Providing Technical Support to Development Team. Providing Training to New Comers.Accomplishments: Handled various project of clients like IGNOU, Jamia, BR Ambedkar University, The south Asian Times, RIICO, GS1 India, Ministry of Power and Samradhi Foundation etc.

 Field support Engineer of HP Computers & Printers. Testing LAN Products, like Modem, LAN Card, Hub, Switch etc. Maintaining Hardware and Applications running on client-end system and maintaining Printers. Upgrading and renewing existing Service Contacts of Computers.
