• Resolved clients incidents through tickets and provide resolution, root-causes analysis with application support Team.• Support and execute UAT for Success Factors & Alt modules with Application Support Team.• Assist clients to customize HRMS TOOLS as per client requirements & document.• Oversees the daily workflow of the department & perform another assigned tasks.

• Provides support to the Human Resource shared services function of various clients from HR Perspective in the areas of Recruitment & Onboarding from Corporate office based at Gurugram Location.• Generate & Share Offer Letters, Employee Codes & Appointment Letters via Macro & Sucessfactor.• Payroll Input and basic operations on SAP HR Module along with Success factor.• Track records related to P- File & Various master trackers of new join employees through Vendor (Kleeto).• Coordinate with IT Team for generate various Id ( LAN ID, LMS Portal ID, Docket Id) of new Joinees.• Provide direction to regional HR Teams regarding various topics( requirement generation/Transfers/Retentions/Elevations) & Develop working relationships with other vertical.
