Nationally responsible for the complete working, coordination and functionality of the sales department.Establishing the annual and monthly sales target in accordance with the business goals.Skilled in kick-starting stagnant markets. This job involves extensive travel (3 weeks a month or more).Setting up and managing pan India regional and statewide sales dealer and distribution network.Driving the B2C, E-Commerce, LFR/ Modern retail and B2B sales nationally thru the sales channel network.Create and oversee tactical events (ATL, BTL, Digital) that garner significant brand visibility for clients.Responsible for marketing activities including participation in exhibitions, roadshows, workshops, POSM, branding, Advertisements.Product planning, inventory planning, pricing, trade margins, schemes, top line and bottom line/ GP.Travel extensively in all geographies to meet the key customers, distributors, channel partners.Leading a team of Regional Managers and Area managers, Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel.

­Setting up and managing pan India regional and state wise sales dealer and distribution network.­Driving the B2C and B2B sales nationally thru the sales channel network to achieve the company goals.­Strategizing to increase business by researching markets to study products, consumers, competition.­Responsible for product planning, inventory planning , pricing, top line and bottom line/ Gross Profits.­Responsible for product pricing and margins, Distributor and Dealer margins, Dealer schemes.­Responsible for marketing activities including roadshows, workshops, POSM, branding, Advertisements to create awareness and pull for our products.­Deciding on end customer offers.­Travel extensively in all geographies to meet the Key customers, distributors, channel partners.­Participation in national and state level exhibitions.­To handle a team of Regional Managers. Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel.­Reporting to Singapore and Japan office on a regular basis and keeping them abreast of the business.
